Tools built by operators, not spectators

We run live events and server networks at scale. When the available tools fell short, we built our own, then ran our own networks on them.

PlatformSync

Account syncing across Discord, Steam and Rust

Launched in September 2021, PlatformSync solves a problem we kept hitting: linking player identity across platforms at scale is fragile. It now carries over 130,000 linked accounts across 110 gaming organisations.

  • Discord bot and Rust server plugin
  • Automated role and access syncing, including Nitro Boost rewards
  • Fully managed, with no infrastructure to run yourself

LnLMTR

Free network diagnostics, on Steam

We needed a fast way to diagnose connection problems during live events, so we built one. LnLMTR continuously traces the route between a player's machine and any destination server, showing every hop along the way. Free to play, with presets for 20 games including Rust, CS2, Valorant, League of Legends and World of Warcraft.

Why

Built from live pressure

We do not build software for the sake of it. We build because a live event needed something, a player got locked out, or a network needed a fix at 2am.

Real problems from real events

Off-the-shelf tools break under scale. We saw it during Rust Kick Off and Global Warfare 3, so we fixed it.

In-house engineering

20+ years of software engineering behind every system. Nothing ships to a client that we have not run ourselves first.

Feedback loops

Our own networks are the test bed. What the moderators complain about on Monday gets fixed in the product.
